HIGHGUI ERROR: V4L2: Unable to get property

I cant get fps or set fps. print cv.GetCaptureProperty(cap,cv.CV_CAP_PROP_FPS) it give me :

HIGHGUI ERROR: V4L2: Unable to get property <unknown property string>(5) - Invalid argument

Try with OpenCV C++ VideoCaptur object

And get the fps like

VideoCapture cap(0);
int frmrate = cap.get(CV_CAP_PROP_FPS);
