Opencv-contrib module Aruco licensing

Hi,

I am confused whether the Aruco module comes under 3 clause BSD license or GPLv3 license.

In github opencv-contrib repository, 3 clause BSD licese is mentioned in the codes inside github, also no specific license file is mentioned in there.

Whereas, in the aruco project website GPLv3 license is mentioned. I downloaded the aruco library mentioned in their project website and codes are different than what is there in the github repository with GPL license.
