I have 2 or 3 images of same scene that taken with a mobile phone camera. Since it is hand held camera the images are not aligned very well. I want to align these 2-3 images and i was wondering what would be the best way to do this.

I have read the article unfortunately this article does not cover what i am asking here. This article basically talks about template matching while i am looking for something that would calculate and translate the transformation between 2 or 3 same sized images.
