I am trying to detect if a part of surface is wait or not and can we identify the level. Surface can be wait because of any type of liquid like water or paint or oil or chemical etc. What is the best way to detect liquid on the wait surface? Please let me know if there any algorithms available to achieve this or please guide me for any online documents or tutorials on achieve the same.
