My video consists of a object in motion with moving background. My goal is to remove the movement in the background (i.e. making it constant). Any ideas on how should I proceed with this?

My video consists of a an object in motion with moving background. dynamic background in a constant FOV. My goal is to remove make the movement dynamic background static/constant but at the same time have the object move in the background (i.e. making same way as it constant). used to in the original video. Any ideas on how should I proceed with this?
