Hardware Support and Requirements for OpenCV

Hello all,

I'm working on a project which should run OpenCV on a mobile platform. I think to use ARM processor + DSP/GPU. TI C6000 series DSPs had support for OpenCV up to 2012 but they no longer support. My questions are:

1) Is there any DSP that supports OpenCV? 2) Do all GPUs that support OpenCl2.0 also supports OpenCV (such as Vivante-different than CUDA)? 3) How could I choose the RAM and Storage?
