Hi all,

Which new algorithms would you like to see implemented in OpenCV? I wanted to practice coding new computer-vision algorithms and contributing to an open-source project, and would appreciate any suggestions. I've noticed that many of the CVPR2014 papers (e.g. BING objectness) are already included into OpenCV 3.0.

I would suggest that before adding new functionality someone puts effort into cleaning and fixing the current library. There is tons of documentation missing, the SVM interface is still poorly designed, ...

@StevenPuttemans how can we get organized to contribute to documentation. i think if you request help from users instructing what to do you will get a response
