Streaming from IP Camera to a client in mp4 or not Mjpeg

Hi everyone! I need to do a streaming from a Hikvision H.264 IP Camera to a client. I need streaming in mp4 ( not Mjpeg ) because with multiple cameras and users MJpeg makes too trafic. I read that is very usefull the OpenCV library in Python or C++, but i don't find a post where i can learn to do streaming without Mjpeg. Please somebody help me !
