Motorola Droid Turbo - Hardware: not detected

My Android app that runs successfully on other devices cannot find OpenCV on a Motorola Droid Turbo even after I install it from the Play Store.

When I first run my app on the device without OpenCV manager installed, this dialog shows up on the app's attempt to load OpenCV:

C:\fakepath\PackageNotFound.PNG

Installing OpenCV Manager yields this:

C:\fakepath\HardwareNotDetected.PNG

Checking for update takes me to the store again where it says that OpenCV Manager is already installed.
