where i can get a tutorial on opencv2.4 with C language from basic image processing? because i can only use C language, not C ++. i need a sugetion. thanks a lot..

C API is the same as it was in 1.x versions, except some module names. You can use Learning OpenCV book by Gary Bradski as a start point. All versions of OpenCV 2.x supports C interface as legacy code and it can be removed in future versions!
