OpenCV 3.0 brings a lot of new functionality, such as: TLD tracker and several common-use optimization algorithms by Alex Leontiev

but, I didn't search for the content. which class and Where?

Is there a plan to migrate the additional modules to the python bindings, or are they outside the main open-cv domain? The tracker module would be much appreciated.
