when i tries to run simple code for OpenCV in Visual studio 12 it says many errors. How can i solve this

You are probably using the code that has been compiled elsewhere, or you have not set the path environment variable. Make sure that the path environment variable points to where the OpenCV dll files reside. If you tell me the Windows version you are using, I can give you instructions to set the environment variable.

Is this for opencv C:\Opencv243\build\x86\vc10\bin

From the root directory, click on Search. Look for "environment variables" and select "Edit the system environment variables". From the next screen, select "Environment variables" towards the bottom. Scroll down "System Variables", highlight "Path", and click on "Edit". Towards the end, type ;C:\Opencv243\build\x86\vc10\bin. Save by clicking "OK". Restart Visual Studio and try executing again.
