I want to get stream form ip camera ip using EmguCV to detect objects can you help me ??

as this is not so much related to opencv, but more to emgucv's api, you probably want to ask here: http://www.emgu.com/forum/

Like @berak said, EmguCV is not an official openCV supported package. You need to address their forum. Topic closed.
