Motion Tracking using Opencv and Asus Xtion Camera

Hi guys , I am new to Opencv and I need guidance in using OpenCV to write a program to make the Asus Xtion WebCam track movements i.e the camera will move to the direction where humans are located. This camera will be mounted in a Robot (a robotic dog to be specific) , and we would like this dog to move to wherever movements are detected (Just like a normal dog). Can anyone walk me through this process? Thanks in advance.
