How to start learning android application using opencv

I want to develop an android application using opencv, i want to know how to start learning openCV, i have seen the official website and their documents.. most of the code in official website is in c++ so iam confuse is it possible to develop complete application using java as primary language, if yes can anyone please give me the link of some good tutorials of developing application using java as a primary language, also suggest me some good books for openCV.
