Cannot open file opencv 2.4.7 as archive? [closed]

I just downloaded the opencv 2.4.7 version of size abt 250mb. When i try to install it the extracting page throws me an error. "Cannot open file as archive."I m using windows 8 64bit. Any idea what the problem might be?

seem to be lots of truncated downloads lately. try another sourceforge mirror.

Actually there was just a new release 2.4.7.2 for Windows. Probably the download link was broken down. Retry downloading please.
