blobFromImage scale parameter

Hello.

I would like to know what exatly does the "scale" parameter. I searched with Google before posting this, but I didn't find a great explanation.

Someone can explain me?

it is a scale factor for pixel values.

e.g. some networks want their input in [0..1] range, so a factor of 1.0/255 is applied to bgr images in [0..255].
