how to run net.forward() by GPU on opencv4.1?

there is a discussion about it for opencv3.4.3 before, do we need to include opencv-gpu while doing cmake

or just run the dnn module it will run on the GPUs automatically under normal opencv 4.1?

how to invoke this setting under windows 7x64 visual studio 2015?
