Stuck on tutorial

I'm following the tutorial and I've gotten to: https://docs.opencv.org/2.4/doc/tutor...

However, I can't get it to compile in Clion because it says It can't include <opencv2 opencv.hpp="">

I have no idea what's causing this any help?
