Access IP camera [closed]

I want to access my IP 192.168.0.1 camera using OpenCv. Can anyone show me how. And what about the configuration and code to run a camera hosted on network IP.

please read up from the manual of your camera. you have to use "special url's" to acquire a video stream, the plain ip usually won't do.

(unless we know the exact model of it, we won't be able to help you any further)
