What about HLC - high light compensation?

Hi everyone,

After finding on the internet, I know HLC solution to help me reduce light (integrate in camera). But I don't know HLC is supported by hardware or software?. If software supports HLC, which algorithm is implemented? And Does OpenCV exist this solution? I found unsuccessfully.
