Feature extraction for dynamic gesture recognition classification [closed]

Hello guys,

As a my master thesis project I have to do dynamic gesture recognition system. I already implemented hand detection and hand segmentation. Now it is high time for recognition. What kind of methods could you recommend for dynamic gesture recognition ? I would like to do it using neural networks but I do not completely know how to train neural networks and how to extract features to train neural networks ? Please give me some pieces of code to catch the idea.

How do you detect the hand? specially, occlusion scenarios like hand is in front of body.

OpenCV has no facilities for training a neural network. I suggest taking a look at one of these pieces of software.

Start a new question, with details about what you're doing, why you think it's failing, an example where it succeeds and where it fails, and what you've tried as far as fixing it. We don't like questions that amount to "Give me teh codez plz", but if you've made an effort and can't figure it out, we're glad to help.
