I struggling from two weeks to use an OpenCV library for an Android platform, I install NVIDIA's TADP(tegra-devpack-2.0-windows-2013-05-09-15755747.exe) for OpenCV, I import OpenCV library with sample project but it gives following Error

"C:\\NVPACK\\android-ndk-r8d\\ndk-build.cmd" 
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
