How to install OpenCV Manager on emulator

Hello, I need to install OpenCV Manager on Android emulator. I tried installing the prompt, I did the following steps: 1st cd C: \ Users \ Maria 2nd ADB.EXE 3rd adb.exe install C: \ OpenCV4Android \ OpenCV-2.4.5-android-sdk \ apk \ OpenCV_2.4.5_Manager_2.7_armv7a-neon.apk After that, the prompt informed - waiting for device. Open the emulator and then the prompt informed - device not found.
