OpenCV source packages for Windows and Unix on SourceForge contains pattern.png and acircles_pattern.png images in doc folder. As I know, OpenCV dev team uses them for calibration purposes usually.
You can use test images for OpenCV camera calibration module. It can be found in opencv_extra git repository in testdata/cv/cameracalibration folder.
