Problem was the windows path variable. Can be set in the environment tab in the run configuration in Eclipse.

Problem was the windows path variable. Can be set in the environment tab in the run configuration in Eclipse.Eclipse. (I set it to E:\opencv\opencv\build\x64\vc12\bin)
